We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our website.
Conditions of Delivery
Goods are dispatched Monday to Friday max 4 days after receiving payment if the goods are available.
Postage is charged at postal rate. We will be happy to quote specific postage costs to ensure that the correct amount is sent. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if any further information is required.

Payment by Master Card or Visa Credit/Debit Card can be made via the website through our secure server Paypal.

Returns and Exchanges
We will supply a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) on any item returned unspoiled within 14 days. Alternatively you may exchange the item with additional costs covered by yourself.
Goods damaged on arrival must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. Goods becoming damaged, in your opinion through defective materials or poor workmanship, should be returned for inspection immediately. In some cases, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for testing; this can take up to 28 days. Under no circumstances should items continue to be used when damaged, as it will be deemed that you have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified damages.
Important: Special orders or made to measure purchases are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Non stock items are made to order; cancellation is not possible once the order has been confirmed.
